My Story 

Vitus’ comes from the Latin word for life and vitality, reflecting our mission to help you build strength, endurance, and resilience to live fully and train with purpose.

From nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in the gym and a lifelong passion for understanding how the body adapts, strengthens, and thrives. I started training at 15 and over the years explored everything from bodybuilding and fat loss to endurance and triathlon prep — learning not just how to transform physically, but how to rebuild when setbacks hit.

Through my own ups and downs, I developed a deep respect for the long game: training for strength, mobility, resilience, and health that lasts. I’ve helped countless friends over the years improve their training and change their bodies, and they always said the same thing — you should be a coach.

After a long career in construction back in the UK, moving to Dubai gave me the opportunity to finally pursue that calling. Coach Luke UAE is about more than just workouts — it’s about helping everyday people build a better life through training, brick by brick.

My Approach 

I coach beyond just workouts and meal plans — this is a system built to make you stronger from the inside out. We start by priming your metabolism to boost energy, recovery, and readiness.
